Our spring strength and conditioning program just wrapped up and we saw

some great results in a relatively short time

This summer, we are expanding the program to two groups:

Age 11 - 13

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 - 1PM
  • 6/20 -8/17 (16 sessions)*
  • $400 ($25/session)

Age 14 - 16

  • Mon, Wed, & Fri from 12 -1PM
  • 6/19 - 8/16 (24 sessions)*
  • $600 ($25/session)


* Closed 7/3 & 7/4 + 1 make-up session

Both groups will be limited to 8 athletes. Please contact Chris at 203-731-7414 ASAP to reserve a spot. We will not take walk ups.

Like with our spring group, our focus will be teaching the fundamentals of training for sports, covering

  • Power development (speed, agility, quickness)
  • An introduction to strength training (via various forms of resistance training)
  • Improving flexibility and mobility (injury prevention)
  • General conditioning.
